{"id":25,"date":"2009-02-07T11:09:47","date_gmt":"2009-02-06T22:09:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foursistersfood.com\/?p=25"},"modified":"2009-02-21T15:00:42","modified_gmt":"2009-02-21T02:00:42","slug":"barbecue-spare-ribs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foursistersfood.com\/?p=25","title":{"rendered":"BARBECUE SPARE RIBS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg pork spare ribs (use free range if possible)<\/p>\n<p>Juice of 1 lemon (or more if you like lemon)<\/p>\n<p>4 cloves garlic, crushed<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup finely chopped parsley<\/p>\n<p>1 desert spoon brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>2 cups tomato juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut the ribs into pieces of about 6 ribs each. Place in a non metallic flat dish.<\/p>\n<p>Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the ribs. Cover and allow to marinade in the fridge for at least 3 hours and longer if possible.
