{"id":264,"date":"2010-06-07T14:36:49","date_gmt":"2010-06-07T01:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foursistersfood.com\/?p=264"},"modified":"2010-06-10T16:10:04","modified_gmt":"2010-06-10T03:10:04","slug":"pastitsio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foursistersfood.com\/?p=264","title":{"rendered":"PASTITSIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Pastitsio\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foursistersfood.com\/?attachment_id=277\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment wp-att-277 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.foursistersfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/P1000639.jpg\" alt=\"Pastitsio\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>150g elbow macaroni<\/p>\n<p>40g butter<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 t ground nutmeg<\/p>\n<p>60g kefalotyri or Parmesan, grated<\/p>\n<p>1 egg, lightly beaten<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meat sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 T oil<\/p>\n<p>1 onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 cloved garlic, crushed<\/p>\n<p>500g minced beef<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C red wine<\/p>\n<p>1 C beef stock<\/p>\n<p>3 T tomato paste<\/p>\n<p>1 t fresh oregano, chopped<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bechamel sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 g butter<\/p>\n<p>3 T plain flour<\/p>\n<p>pinch nutmeg<\/p>\n<p>2 C milk<\/p>\n<p>1 egg, lightly beaten<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 180\u00b0.
